Thank you to Betty Booths for providing us photobooth fun at our event! Great communication prior, and were kind enough to include a custom-designed guest book and an upgrade afterwards for an online gallery of all the evening's photos. We love looking back at them!

Thank you so much to the team at Betty Booths for providing the rustic love heart photo booth at our wedding this month! The communication before hand was brilliant and we had the option to view and edit our photo template which was done really quickly including the changes which we requested. On the night, the set up was quick and efficient! The service on the night was fantastic and we have some absolutely brilliant memories thanks to the guest book which was provided! I knew I wanted an open photo booth as you can get more people in the picture and Betty Booths did not dissappoint! Thank you so much for adding to our amazing wedding memories! Love Gemma and Rob

Amazing customer service from an amazing company! They were so helpful with changing the date of my booking as my party was changed due to Covid. They made it so easy to change the date and didn't charge me extra like some companies do! This last year has been stressful for everyone but thanks to Betty Booths I now have a Photo Booth at my party to look forward to!

Poor customer service experience. I had to cancel my hire due to COVID and I was told on the phone that I would receive a FULL refund. This was then followed up with a text message saying they will be withholding 75 due to a template being provided and the work already complete. No where in the booking does it say there was a charge for this template. Carolyn has been incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout my dealings with her.

We had Betty Booths at our wedding last month, and they were great. The props were great and we we were given a lovely photo book with printouts of the photos of our guests and messages they had written, as well as a link to an online gallery with all of the photos. Only minor criticism is that our guests could enter their phone number or email address in the book to receive photos but didnt receive them for several weeks.
