        I had some issues with both pairs of glasses and in all honesty I was not happy at all. I went into the basildon store and was seen by a young lady called Jordanna. She was very professional, courteous and polite. She responded to my complaint and resolved the issues efficiently. I will continue to buy from specsavers in the future because of the service I received from her. I hope you value her as a employee. Shane

        Since the store moved to a bigger place, the service has been amazing. No waiting. Spot on time. All the stuff are very helpful. No negative points.
