        If I could give NO stars I would. After booking my appointment on line I turned up 20 minutes early for my appointment only to be told I was to late. I Then produced my phone which showed my appointment and also a reminder of this appointment this showed I was 20 minutes early. I had also received a reminder phone call with the time of my appointment and was told to expect an hour and a half for my appointment so I could choose glasses. When I showed these to the Optical assistant I was told that these appointment times were for the END of my appointment not the start . I have never in my life heard of someone receiving an appointment for the END not the beginning of an appointment. Madness..what a Joke

        My glasses broke after 10 months I took them back to boots they replaced the broken arm for free Thanks very much Jason Roberts

        Can never get through to the optician's. Options menu just takes you around in a circle as no-one ever answers the phone.

        Awful people to get hold of. I have wasted over 20 minutes trying to get hold of them today . They then complain people don't tell them when they cannot keep an appointment
