We went for an eye test for my daughter she is 5 years old.The whole team was very patient with her especially the manager and Mary expect the Man who was inside the room not sure if he was the Optometrist..He didnt even greet her or us with a hello nor engaged in friendly conversation at the very beginning.Later on she was not keeping her head still to get the scan done properly he got impatient and was a bit rude.Clearly need to have better communication and people skills .I would like to make a complaint further .Please if I can get the details where to escalate about this

Absolutely useless rude first of all cancell my appointment then denied they had phoned me with the next appointment and wasted my time going there will never use them again hopeless admin dont deserve one star

Excellent service. I had a problem with the prescription I'd got from another optician and they were very patient and helpful with advice. When I'd got the prescription sorted out the service was really good with careful measurement of my eyes for the varifocals and advice on the shape and style of glasses that would suit me and my complex prescription. Added to the fact that the price is sooooo reasonable ( a fifth of what I'd pay at my original opticians) then a good service all round. Special mention of Jean who was brilliant!

I would like to thank the staff at basildon ASDA optitions today. They were able to swap my lenses into a new frame after my old frame broke. They went the extra mile to help me. I can't thank them enough for all their help. Highly appreciated.
