I would recommend Beech House for anyone looking for a care home for their relatives. Both of my parents are residents here and share a twin room, so they can remain together. The staff are brilliant and keep me up to date with any changes in their health and wellbeing. They have been brilliant throughout the pandemic in keeping the residents safe and healthy.

Beech House is a truly marvellous place. .The colleagues are so professional, kind, caring and passionate about their work. The attitude and dedication of the whole team is what makes it so, so special. Everyone is committed to giving the residents the best possible quality of life, which is especially comforting when your loved one is suffering from dementia. From the very first day, everybody has gone out of their way to welcome, give advice and support, not only to our mother but our family. The care they give to Mum is wonderful and is second to none. We are always kept fully informed through telephone conversations, zoom calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and also during visits. I have regular meetings, with her key worker to talk through her care. The Management team are superb and far thinking which has been expertly demonstrated by their robust plans which have been in place throughout this pandemic. We believe that through the whole teams hard work and diligence, Beech House have managed to keep the residents safe and well throughout these worrying of times and we cannot thank them enough for this. We believe our mother is happy, content and well looked after, with all her needs met. We also know that by her attitude and calmness, she feels safe and secure at Beech House which is extremely important to us. We feel totally confident and reassured that our mother is receiving the best possible care and couldn't ask for anything more.
