Mike and his team recently organised our residential re-mortgage and they also provided us with invaluable support and guidance which enabled us to use some of our equity to purchase a buy-to-let property. Martin provided great service for my 2 mortgage applications. Even though I have a bad credit score. Got me a reasonable deal. Took all the stress out of the process. It was a smooth transition. Will highly recommend him to friends and family.
