We visited the Basildon store last week to enquire about a rise & recline chair which was needed urgently for an elderly relative being discharged from hospital- we spoke to Sharon who was so kind and helpful. She found a chair from the stock room which was available and organised delivery for next week. Thanks for all your help & kindness to reduce the stress

Went into the new Mobility shop two weeks ago after my 96 year old mum had a fall and broke her hip. Have had some indifferent service from the old store on Market Pavement before, so had reservations about purchasing a power chair when I knew it was the same organisation, however, what a breath of fresh air! Staff were incredibly helpful and professional. I made the point to Ryan, the manager, that when I asked staff at old shop about powered beds, they seemed to be disinterested in answering questions, nobody expects sales staff to be fully aware of the huge range and complexity of equipment enabling disabled people to live life more fully, but customers would expect them to find out and ring back if necessary with the information. Every single staff member, some of whom had only been there a week where helpful, professional, smartly dressed( which is unusual today) and keen to answer questions, or find out if they were unsure. The range in the shop is mindblowing and there is some absolutely STUNNING furniture on display, really worth a visit. Very 'upmarket' . I am a convert to your shop and wish you all every sucess on the future. Grateful thanks to all staff for excellent 5* service

The team were super helpful we knew roughly what we needed so didnt need much selling but was good to be able to try and just take away all ready to go. Yes you can get for less online but we thought paying the extra was worth it for the service and quality product. Thank you. Ps the store is stacked with lots of useful things.
