Brought a p30 phone case yesterday. It broke and didn't fit my phone properly. When I went to return it today the gentleman tried to push another case at me that again didn't fit. Told me its just the way it fits and when I said I'd just like a refund I was given back the original case and sent away to to back when the first sales person was there again! Awful customer service and will never recommend this would give negative stars if possible!

Better places to shop. Based upon the vendor near Debenhams in the mall. Firstly these guys arent fond of giving refunds. Secondly their phone unlock service took 6 days and two visits back to the shop to get the code. I was told on the first revisit that he would call me to confirm the code. After waiting another 3 days I revisited, he called his contact regarding the unlock code and it was instantly ready. The guy clearly forgot about calling me and also forgot to call his contact to get the code. I am unsure if he did indeed forget or just hoped I would. He inferred that I was speaking to him with an attitude which was completely false. As said at the beginning, there are better places to shop. Even if hes the only service of this kind in Basildon, wait and go somewhere else. Avoid
