I am very disappointed from their services, especially Scott Lidbetter from start financial services ! If there is an option for minus I would give them -5 stars ! He lied to me that he had submitted my full application, and I lost the low mortgage rate. Something more I gave him the opportunity to deal with our residential mortgage, and he made lots of mistakes ,I had to deal with the lender to secure my mortgage offer. Otherwise, I would have lost it, too ! They took the commissions from both lenders , but now I am paying double BTL mortgage rates. Their partner company , Stonebridge, prolonged the investigation to my complaint almost 6 months with no resolution. Now we have to deal with the ombudsman.

Natalie Morris helped me with my mortgage and she was so helpful, could not have done it without her. She was pro-active in corresponding with the lender and my solicitors, and is so friendly. So lovely to have such a patient, organised, efficient person looking after you during such a stressful time. I would recommend to anyone. Ryan was the mortgage advisor working with Natalie and between them they helped us through various issues, thank you to you both.

The onboarding process is smooth and the systems are designed for mortgage brokers i.e. not general financial advice. You therefore have a very tailored IT solution. The support we have received from Compliance has been excellent and the financial promotions team and quick to approve sales literature. We also have a very good business manager who regularly keeps in contact with us to help us grow the business. I would highly recommend Stonebridge.
