I put my late parents house on the market with Balgores. I needed an estate agent that was prepared to go the extra mile as I live 150 miles away. The sale turned out to be problematic due to issues with the will and probate. Despite this , callum who delt with the sale was extreamly professional,helpful and supportive throughout the process that lasted over a year. I used PCS legal solicitors through Balgores which were great to deal with and couldn't fault them. During the sale Sarah in the office was extreamly helpful and kept me well informed during the entire sales process. I'm so relieved I went with Balgores as the service I received was excellent from start to finish.

As a Chartered Surveyor with 40 plus years property experience I have seen the good and the bad with letting agents. I have just let a property through Balgores, they have exceeded my expectations, Grace Foreman and Paul Loding both provided an excellent service, they not only found a tenant for me but assisted with contractor works to improve the property and EPC rating. I am pleased to recommend the services.
