I cant thank Susan enough - I came to her with a mole that I have been insecure of for over 10 years and have been desperate to have it removed in the most seamless way possible. Susan was very professional but also very kind in dealing with my nerves and didnt hesitate to pause what she was doing if I was in any discomfort to give me a moment and also to apply some more numbing cream! Now to wait for it to heal but I am excited to see the results. A lovely clinic too that is very clean and calming. I would definitely recommend, thank you so much.

Wanted to share what a brilliant experience we had using this clinic. My daughter 16, had numerous warts on her nose that we had been unable to resolve using everything possible on the market. Susan fully explained that process in the consultation and on the second appointment they were all gone within 15 minutes. We are a week on and everything is fully healed and looking great. My daughter had a mole removed near her bikini line which she absolutely hated. Susan explained the procedure clearly, professionally and thorough. Said it may take upto 10 mins and a little painful. Well it took 3 minutes and my daughter did not flinch once, she said it was bearable pain. The aftercare that Susan told her to do was brilliant and spot on. 2 weeks later the scab fell off and a tiny pink area was left which will soon fade. My daughter is so happy and her confidence is back. She is so pleased she had it removed. Thankyou Susan. So impressed with your professionalism and advise.
