    I have used this company for 3 months. Prior to starting I was reassured to expect full optimisation of the ads in 3 months and we should expect to see consistent improvement. The first month showed a poor performance which was understandable as the ads were being optomised. The second month started to show some improvement although over all we were still making a loss. The third month things started heading south and performance was starting to get from bad to worse. I requested to have a meeting with them to point them in the right direction and tell them which keywords to target. The response was "we are having a meeting about your website and we have changed our strategy". When I confronted them over telephone for ignoring my request to meet them, she said "oh we were busy moving offices at the time". So clearly they were not having a meeting about my website. Someone else had left a negative review here a few months ago and instead of them addressing the issue with their client and realising their mistakes all they tried to do was ask all their clients to leave positive reviews (I was one of them). I felt forced to do it as obviously they have control over my ads account. So all the positve reviews you see here was because they asked all their clients to do it and like me I felt I had to. I suspect now they will pile on more positive reviews to drown this one Instead of focussing on covering up the negatives try and actually address them and see where you are going wrong.... I am now in the process of disputing all that I have paid for with my bank, as this company has failed to deliver what was promised. I incurred nothing but further losses. As nice as they are or as responsive they may be, sadly they are do not know what they are doing as quite frankly they do not spend the time necessary to understand the business at hand, and therefore targeting the wrong audience.

    Our experience with MyWebHero can be summed up pretty much in one word, disappointing. I would liken their PPC management to that of a person drowning; there was a lot of activity and a lot of work being done daily, but at the end of the day there was no movement forward and we were ultimately sinking. Before working with MyWebHero they predicted to deliver us a certain ROAS within 3 months which we believed was realistic. But having worked them for two months we were way off that predicted ROAS for month three so we decided to terminate our PPC management with them before burning anymore cash. Our campaigns and ad account had been running for over two years so we had a certain level of good insight into what has historically worked well for this account for our business. All of this insight was shared with MyWebHero at the start prior to management commencing. But unfortunately it seems like that this insight fell on deaf ears and the first month was wasted experimenting with things that we had already told them we have done before and didnt work. Theres a lot to go into detail in terms of where it all went wrong and the mistakes that were made, but it probably all boils down to not listening to the clients insight and experience of what has worked and hasnt worked historically in their ad account and a massive lack of attention to detail, lack of attention in management and in communication, this was highlighted when certain errors had to be pointed out by our team. Two positives, it seemed like they definitely tried their best and gave our account plenty of attention and time. The communication was usually very quick. Quicker at the start but slowed down towards the end of our working relationship. If you want an agency that will promise to deliver a lot, not live up to expectations and hold no accountability for their mistakes then my web hero are brilliant for you.
