So impressed with the team! I had a Waterfall Spillway installed in my garden approx. 18 months ago. Whilst it looked great any slight breeze when the water was flowing would lift the water away from the wall and dump it on the patio area. This meant it was only partially usable. To solve this I wanted glass installed around the outside of the spillway which would act as a wind break. On speaking with a few glazing companies and sharing pictures of what was needed none of them were interested in the full job. They only wanted to supply the glass and to dodge taking on the more complicated installation work. I came across BGC and from the very first conversation with them they were only too happy to help. They visited me twice to view the water feature, discuss possible options of how the glass can be installed, the aesthetics, and once all of these were settled, to take exact measurements. The result is better than I could have ever hoped and the water feature has been used so much more now that this frustrating breeze issue is resolved. My deepest thanks to the team but especially so to Wayne, Charlie and the two installation guys. All great people, very professional and exceedingly knowledgeable.
