Spoke to a french man who was extremely rude when I simply asked to speak to someone. Good customer service isn't hard but apparently this company doesn't seem to understand that. Would recommend anyone to avoid them, how sad.

The product is very fine and very usefull. Especially the heronrib most demanding variety of plastex in Qatar, as it is very best to use in wet area.

Plastex has been a great partner for our pool deck matting business. Christina Twining is always a responsive and supportive representative. The quality of the Heronrib matting is easily the best in the market for our purposes.
