Outstanding service and a very responsive company. We have all their competitor machines in the past but we have found the quality of Rodwell's machines and particularly the response of the company excellent.

Terrible, overpriced machines and out of date machines. Terrible servicing by sub contractors who potentially service machines they dont know how to service. My machine broke down continuously and in the end I was concerned for my staffs safety as an autoclave is basically a pressure bomb if not looked after properly. Inept servicing and lied to by sales staff. Avoid and stick with a true British company, Astell have been fantastic and have up to date, truly British machines, a little digging found that most of Rodwell Autoclaves are built in Eastern Europe.

With 35 years experience as an autoclave service company in Northern Ireland (all brands LTE, Astell, Priorclave etc), we have found the Rodwell Autoclaves to be the most reliable, the most economical to maintain and to have best longevity.
