Full review left a year ago was removed possibly because the company didn't like it. It was not a good review. Our windows arrived in such a poor state. The surrounds were marked and scratched, huge deep digs and scratches. The joins were unbelievably bad, not matching up and I assume cut with a steak knife. The coating had been scratched off in places and even the glass had scratches. It was shockingly bad. It held up the rest of our building work and decorating whilst all the windows were returned leaving us waiting with boarded up holes where the old windows had been removed. We waited for updates, no one called, I had to keep asking for updates. A few weeks later they returned, all new windows and I joked I'd have to check them before they were installed. Some were just the same, others were even worse! So they were returned once again. I asked for a manager or a director to call me and I sent a dozen photos of the windows. Heard nothing back. At one point when I called they used the excuse that the issue is they have to knock them up and get them out the door quickly. There is no quality control. Third lot arrived a few weeks later, better but still with some issues they came back at a later date to sort. Still never heard from anyone other than the poor window fitter who was ashamed of their quality.
