After one of their drivers causing hundreds of pounds of damage to a property they dodge and weave phone calls, fail to turn up 3 times to assess damage . It appears they are a dishonest company that are happy to ignore their responsibility. Let's see if they follow up now with this review. Do what you should and stop trying to stitch up an elderly lady. After months of TW Haulage refusing to pay for the damage they caused they try the bullying tactics and state they refuse to pay. No worries. What comes around goes around. It will cost you one way or the other.
