I had the pleasure of Carl coming over to replacement of my front door lock. Cracking service and such a friendly man who clearly has a lot of knowledge around the area. Honestly couldnt recommend any higher!

I would definitely recommend this Company, the young man who came to change my Mum's lock was very polite and efficient didn't leave any mess. Price was very reasonable.

I had to call a locksmith today! I rang a few with several giving me quotes without a fixed price. I phoned The Lock Father - Basildon and spoke to Carl who gave me a fixed price without any additional hidden costs. I was fortunate that Carl was able to come round to help unlock my door in approximately 15 minutes. Carl was brilliant! Two major reasons - I felt safe especially as I was on my own in the dark and secondly Carl dealt with the problem quickly and gave me some advice without being a pushy sales person -Thank you very much Carl! For anyone locked outside of their house in Basildon I definitely recommend Carl from The Lock Father -Basildon the best locksmiths with a quoted price and no hidden additional charges
