DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. These are without doubt the worst solicitors I have ever some across. Everything was delayed, countless spelling errors or math errors, when you ring them they don't answer, when you e-mail they don't respond and now after I have moved I am still arguing as they have tried to leave me liable for the remaining 8 months service charge on my flat even though I wont be living there. This company is an absolute disgrace. I have tried to contact them regarding the outstanding service charge to my old flat and now the old management company are talking about legal action and they are still yet to respond to anyone. They won't reply because they no there is no evidence or proof relating to me agreeing to pay the remaining service charge as I moved in April 2022 so why would I pay until December 2022 and they know they need to pay it but won't. Absolute embarrassment of a company and I guarantee these 5 star reviews are not genuine. Please Please do not use PCS legal. UPDATE Amazing how I and the management company have been emailing Alex Wright for weeks regarding this and no response but you write a bad review and they reply in a day. The management company and their solicitors have both agreed it is your responsibility to make both the selling and buying parties aware of the fees and you failed to do so. I will speak further with you on the complaint e-mail. UPDATE Two weeks have passed and Alex Wright and his team have ignored every attempt to contact them from me or the management company. I have now had to pay the service charge and will be seeking legal action against PCS Legal. UPDATE Thank you for getting back to me, unfortunately the buyers solicitors have an e-mail from PCS legal stating I have agreed to pay the remaining service charge so the buyer is exempt from paying it. I will be seeking legal action and compensation but it will be against PCS legal and not the buyers solicitors. Unless of course you can produce any kind of evidence I agreed to this. UPDATE I find it very strange we are having to communicate through here as no member of the Basildon branch has replied to a single e-mail or phone call I have made. All I need is e-mailed confirmation of this e-mail you says exists showing me you explained the process and I confirmed it. Please supply this and we can consider the matter closed. UPDATE We are now over a year since we have moved and I still am not being supplied with the e-mail proof they apparently have of my agreeing to pay the rest of the management fee. This company is a shame and a bunch of con-artists.

Fantastic service. Managed to turn around a sale and purchase transaction in 3 weeks! Cant recommend Daman and Charley enough.
