Just had J.A.D. clear, clean, re-insulate, and board our filthy and cluttered loft. Jamie and his assistants were cheerful, friendly, and extremely efficient. They arrived exactly when Jamie said they would (almost unheard of these days) and worked pretty much flat out all the time they were here. They did a really great job, and cleaned up meticulously afterwards. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Jamie and his team are amazing. My mum was a hoarder who hadnt done any housework for about 30 years. When the time came for her to move into a home, we needed to clear and clean the house for sale. They basically transformed the place - checking with me whenever there was something of value (financial or sentimental) before removing it. They take as much to charity shops as possible, which is great. They saved me weeks of back breaking work, they removed the rubbish without me needing to hire a skip, and they were professional, polite, and great fun! I cant recommend them highly enough. Dont be put off by location - they travel all over the country. They also have pest control experience, so even mice or rats wont phase them! (We had no rats, thankfully!)
