I hired them to do loft insulation. The project involved two bits including fitting a hatch to access 2/3 of the space. However after quoting and doing the first part they then declared that they can't fit the hatch and cancelled the rest of the work. In the end I payed extra for a job I could have largely done myself. I have no complaint with the work they did, just that the reason I was using them is because of the bit they quoted on then refused to do.

keep calling me to arrange a valuation but it was done an year ago. I have asked them to stop calling each time and still received 5 calls over the last year.

Should have been to do loft installation inspection 25th July didnt turn up. They are due 30th September 8am to 1pm dont hold much hope as today they rang and tried to move it to another day which I refused to do. There office staff think people can take time off work just like that they need to wake up to the real world they have to do this on BEHALF OF CLARION HOUSING. So hopefully they will turn up on the 30th September watch this space

Use the company for external wall insulation under the Government green home voucher. They said they will do the work and asked me to extend my voucher which I did. At the end , they said they have too many work booked and won't do my work. I can't exchange my voucher and all trustmark company are fully booked. Lost my grant due to their unprofessionalism and incompetency. Wouldn't trust them and wouldn't recommend them. Service: Exterior painting

I've booked this company for my external solid wall insulation and I've had Mitch and Billy from their team working on my property for most of the time. I just wanted to say a big thanks for your great effort and work. There were a few little hiccups but the boys quickly managed to solve them and even went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the final results. The guys in the office were really busy at the time and that resulted in a few ocassions of miscommunication but all ended well in the end.
