Sprinkles Gelato

Visited for my birthday with my partner as little treat, was very disappointed with the service this time. We only ordered some ice cream and it wasnt busy at all. We waited over 20 minutes and when the server saw my partner looking over at them to ask how much longer the wait would be, the man behind the counter proceeded to glare at us both for the rest of our visit. It made us both feel very uncomfortable and the atmosphere was not very friendly. This is the first negative experience weve had here and Im hoping it was a one off, however it put a bit of a downer on my birthday celebration.

Incredible cookie dough, lovely staff. Seemed like a very nice place, shall return soon.

Took 25 minutes for our tables' food to arrive, while being told multiple times it would just be a couple more minutes. Was with my two young nieces, and they were very unhappy about the wait. However, the dessert was delicious

Awful - why have a shop if no one will talk to you. Cant place an order have to do it in the phone. Avoid if you have any sense

I have given this place 3 tries since lockdown now, but I have to say today is the last. It used to be soo good! But the fact that the staff can't take your order or money is a ridiculous business decision, they can't even make you a drink, you basically get everything yourself . Also, the place was nearly empty, maybe 4 tables and it took nearly 20 mins for them to make our ice creams. The place is just soulless, with none of the usual razzmatazz "service" that you expect from these places. Whilst our waitress was lovely (the sole reason for two stars) they are literally glorified table cleaners, who happen to bring you your ice creams. Also, I think the value is very poor, we paid 5.95 for one scoop of vanilla ice cream in a cone, with an Oreo and a wafer on it. My son ordered a sundae and it was 13.. it's expensive for what it is I'm sorry. Going to try other places from now on.
