        Love the homes just the customer service is poor asked for a list of the plans for builds in 40 mile radiu and just said look online? I said I have and its not easy to navigate just no bothered to help really so unfortunate

        I had an appointment for my home viewing on Sunday, 28th Aug 2022, 11.45am, and I was there on time at the site after driving for over 20 miles, but the front office was locked and there was no one around. I called on the number posted on the door but no one picked up and I left a voice message on the call, and kept waiting for the call back. I also sent an email then and there to the Redrow team but I am yet to receive a response from them.
