Absolutely shocking. Would give 1 star if possible. Shoddy work if you would like to read on. We moved in, in July and had to wait till October for our garden due to building work behind us which is fair enough but then they come along and install something so terrible that I cant let my daughter play on. The garden levels are all different and please bear in mind this is a new build site so I could be levelled. The left hand side is fine then the right side of the garden is higher than the patio which will cause flooding. Then the drains are different level to the grass, instant trip hazard. Then there is mould on the grass says after it was layed which I was told to leave by the site now causing bald patches. After reporting this in October and being pushed pillar to post I finally got a response 45 yes 45 days later to be told its fine, the manager that inspected it really couldnt care less. No wonder they are running so far behind on the other houses. Customer service has told me they had sacked various garden contractors because of poor work and the flooring contractors have also been sacked again due to shocking work. Im having to raise this with my warranty provider because they just dont want to help. Hope this review helps your decision. Look forward to reading this in the press soon.

If I could give this company a ZERO STAR, I WOULD definitely. For those people who are planning to have their first mortgage and interested on purchasing a property at NU living, please STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY at all cost. We have been waiting for nearly 2 YEARS for our house in Beechwood Basildon and still our house is nowhere yet to be finished as of this writing. They have given us multiple completion dates of the house but always ends up being pushed to a later date because of endless reasons. They will say they are working hard to maintain the completion of the houses on their proposed schedule but very few people work consistently everyday to compete the houses when we go and check the site everyday. Hence, endless delays happens AT THE EXPENSE OF LOSING OUR HELP TO BUY because we are near to the HTB deadline. I swear, I will sue this company for its gross incompetence should i lose my HTB. I have been sending numerous emails asking for an update but they seldomly respond. My definition of this company? HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE & INCOMPETENT HOME DEVELOPER.

Do not purchase from them, they are an awful organisation. Do not get involved with them. They have run out of money on the development, they have no funds to carry out their homes and every 3 weeks give an update that a new update will be provided on an x date. This has been the same since February 2021. Do not go anywhere near this development and hundreds of buyers at Beechwood and Basildon can tell you the same. I will be taking this company to the media. Stay away. They also will delete any comments such as this, inside of addressing any issues.
