        Really helpful staff on reception , very friendly and welcoming. Good location right next to cinema and many different restraunts on your doorstep. Rooms looking very tired now desperately need a refurbish or even a lick of paint..bathroom was unfortunately not very well cleaned. Still good value for money and fine for a one night stop over Rooms: Very tired looking and need some investment , bathroom was not clean chair had a rip in it , bed was well used and a bit saggy now. Noise insulation not great you can hear the footsteps and conversation in the room above, even at normal conversational volume
