        Faye booked me in for my wedding hair colour today and took a deposit for the appointment. Over Christmas, she cancelled my appointment with no notice or explanation and STILL hasn't given me my deposit back even though I've messaged her social media, texted her and also tried calling the salon. Unprofessional and unreliable!!
