        I recently retired from work so joined this gym I am extremely happy as everybody is very friendly. I never thought I would say I like going to the gym but this is so different, the staff are extremely professional and helpful and it is a very nice atmosphere. I have gone from not exercising at all to going 4 times a week and I am loving it. I would urge anyone thinking of joining a gym to give Gymophobics a try Im sure like me you will love it.

        I can honestly say gymophobics, have been nothing but a life changer. My family has extended with all the fantastic women I have met! They're attention towards you and your goals for the future is their main priority here. Highly recommended!! Love this place, home away from home :)
