Milk & More Basildon Delivery Hub

We feel this company cannot be trusted and lack compassion - please AVOID. I arranged deliveries for a venerable elderly relative with Milk&More as they are the only provider in her area. They are unreliable (eg missed deliveries) and cannot take on board simple requests (eg leaving the milk where an elderly person can reach it). Recently this elderly relative was sent a new bank card which unfortunately led to a declined payment and the service to immediately be suspended leaving her without basics (even though they knew her to be vulnerable). If you try to call up you may get through to a generic call centre with no empathy or apparent ability to enact changes in the service. We have now cancelled this terrible service and would never use them again.

Milk is NOT FRESH. The last few weeks getting worse, tastes off after couple of drinks. Friday the 2 Bottles put into our Milk and More Green Cool Bag, WIth a freezer block was not only not cool but dirty bottles all marked with black marks!!!!!!! WHY? Health and safety Mateys, upmost of importance surely. Very sloppy staff at Basildon and really dreary as this is TOTALLY Unexceptable. Bill or whoever supposed to be in charge, what are your staff and Milk people up to???? Dreadful Service. Pat and John Lane. Billericay
