        Visited here for a Wake. Don,t be put off by the outside, inside there is a very warm welcome from friendly staff and Hazel's food is wonderful.

        We are not golfers but visited the cafe in the golf club where the staff were absolutely lovely. The golf club was being used by its members for various meetings but there were still plenty of places to sit and feel comfortable. We sat at a table that gave us views to the course and a pond. We saw a heron necking a fish so a good place for watching wildlife. Outside is a terrace with seating so looks lovely for warmer days. It's obviously off the beaten track but was a cosy place to enjoy a coffee.
