I wasn't exactly sure what to rate it as I've never personally bought any items here, but just from looking at them they look great. Although I'm not writing this to rate the products. I came here a while back to see if I could buy some gifts for family and friends and was just about on the outside of the shop and looking at all the products. I was just standing around on my own basically and just taking a browse. There were two owners (from which I'm guessing) that were just talking to eachother around the counter, I took little to no notice of them. A man and a woman. The woman was the one behind the cash register, ringing customers up. The man didn't seem to be doing much other than accompanying her. So I went back to looking at the different products. Not even 5 seconds later, I see the lady out of the corner of my eye talking to the man and basically giving me the side eye, to which afterwards, the man decides to stand right on the outside of the shop. They seemed to either be angry or even looking at me like I was a criminal. I wasn't sure what was going on, so I continued looking, but couldn't seem to find anything that people I knew wanted, nor did I have enough money for the ones I thought I did and I overall just didn't feel welcome once I realised that I was being singled out of a woman with a buggy taking a look, and a lady cashing out. I understand that a lot of people my age can steal things by coming in small packs and generally looking suspicious with masks, but i was simply wearing a hoodie with, at the time, my favourite show on as a graphic and some jeans with some trainers. No mask, as I'm exempt due to asthma, no hood on and my hands were completely free other than the tote bag on my arm. Eventually I just walked off, and felt really deflated about the situation. I'm sure the company has great products but if I'm meant to feel like a petty thief all the time, all because I don't look as old as others, or I'm dressed differently, I'd rather not buy at all.
