I made a purchase from this company via Amazon which did not arrive. When I queried it with Widdle Gifts, they stated that the tracking information showed it had been delivered and therefore the problem was not theirs! I replied that the tracking photo simply showed the parcel, and not where it had been left (which definitely wasn't at my house!). I also sent them information from the Citizen's Advice Bureau, showing it is their responsibility as the seller to take this up with the courier, not mine, but they failed to respond any further. Appalling customer service.
