The Knares Medical Practice

Very disappointed on the services they do provided to their patience. For over 1 year and half I have serious health issues and all that they did until now is to refer me to the wrong clinics,providing wrong medicine & being rude specially Olatunde O Macaulay . The waiting time is ridiculous and when you finally get hold of someone at the reception guess what all the appointment are taken . The funnies think is when you walk onto the clinic and all over the walls is mentioned the fact that they don t accept any rude & disrespectfully patients when they are so so rude . ( I don t want to involve all of them but most of them honestly I don t know how they manage to work on a medical practice ) . Please avoid to book an app with Olatunde O Macaulay as he is the worst , racist as well and very non-professional way . I have a full video with Dr Olatunde O Macaulay ( while my app ) where he mentioned me that he just come back from his holiday so I should t try to get as much info's as I want. I was in so much pain by that time and I felt so humiliated by him as he refused to talk with me ( the patient ) about my health issues ,luckily I got my brother to assist this appointment so the Dr decide to discuses with my brother about some places in my original Country instead to discus my health issues. Obviously he did asked someone else from clinic to attempt this app with me , assisted by Mr Jay Thakkar , after the appointment Mr Jay hold me in her arms and did apologies for the humiliated experience I had on this appointment . Until now nobody did process the complain and even now I have serious health issues with no help by the clinic . Please avoid Knares Medical Practice.

Called through at 8am and got an appointment the next day with Dr Macaulay. He explained the procedure needed and then completed minor surgery once again keeping me informed throughout. The nurse was also present for the minor surgery and was a joy to talk to and was reassuring considering I couldnt see what was happening. Overall very impressed with the surgery

I just have a phone consultation from someone from there. The woman didnt not introduce herself and sounded like Im a problem to her right from the start. I could not understand a single word she was saying (I mentioned it numerous times) and she refused to speak up and talk clearly. When explained what was wrong she said I need a blood test and X-ray (the only thing I understood). Even when she said the name of the practice she was saying something else and spelling completely different word. I asked for post code and even this was a problem. The one she gave me didnt exist. I figured it out on my own which practice she was calling from.

The doctors are very uncaring and talk down to you. Including not to be bothered about helping you at all or giving you any humanity.

My daughter had a appointment and parked in the car park for the surgery and one off the doctors parked in front of her blocking her in for 30 minutes, when asked to move she took an extra 15 minutes to come out and give me and my daughter loads of abuse saying we are not aloud to park here and that it is just for the doctors , we asked where is the sign say staff parking only and she just continued to be rude to us and kept saying I am a doctor, she was very rude we said to her we have a screaming baby in the car that is hungry but she just continued to be ever so rude and Am professional, if you go on there Web site you can see, it states there is a car park
