        Boiler failed, engineer came out. Parts ordered and fitted, still nothing Spent around 600 an no progress made... Engineer then left after the 2nd visit and the boiler literraly exploded resulting in water gushing every where. Safe to say the boiler was not salvageable any longer. We obtained a quote which came in at a very high cost all considering, clearly we did not pursue with a new boiler purchase with ECG...

        I had a leaking u-bend under my bath. Plumber came out promptly. Very friendly service and all fixed and repaired the next day. My friend and her mum have used ECG recently and equally as impressed.
