        Ordered outdoor furniture and paid 80 for their best delivery package. These lazy shmucks left the giant unwrapped package outside the garden and took off. Very useless and unhelpful. Dont charge people a fortune for delivery and cut corners. Im not impressed

        Loved the look of the product in store, however upon delivery, the boxes were covered in thick dust and one chair and the table were damaged. These things happen but they picked up the damaged items but forgot the replacements! Have spoke to customer services 3 times and promised a call back each time! Still waiting for a call as to when I can expect delivery

        Excellent buying experience with Whitestores. From the initial purchase the sales lad was very pleasant and funny. There was a slight problem with the item when it arrived but the issue was rectified immediately thanks to Natalia. Thank you Whitestore. I would highly recommend.
