Have an Aruba corner set just out of warranty but unfortunately the weather got to the slats on the table and started to peel slightly. I contacted LSG and within a couple of hours I had a wonderful reply from Donna to say that they would replace them free of charge. This was in the Saturday and I received them on the Tuesday. Wonderful company, lovely garden furniture and customer service second to none. Thank you Donna and LSG Peter

Having dealt with thousands of companies throughout my 50 year working career, I have no hesitation in saying that Lifestyle Garden are one of the best companies that I have ever dealt with. I liaised with Donna and Jamie and found them both extremely professional, courteous and thorough, nothing was too much trouble for them and they are a credit to LifestyleGarden. Lifestyle Gardens have been fabulous. Their furniture is great quality at a reasonable price. We had an issue with a faulty table and their customer service was superb. Would definitely recommend and use again. Jeanette

We've used customer services at Lifestyle Gardens twice. On both occasions the service has been out of this world. From reporting a concern, they've responded immediately, and to be honest, have gone over and beyond. Their solution to an issue was unexpected and most welcome. The contact was Donna. If only every other organisation in the UK, including public bodies could be as efficient, customer-focused and willing as Lifestyle Garden. As someone from the service industry, I appreciate the efforts that this company goes to to keep customers smiling. And I'm not alone. A family member also received exemplary service two years ago. The team should be applauded and, I hope, recognised. They've surpassed our expectations and I hope their efforts will make Lifestyle an even greater company than it is today. Great value. Order arrived in a decent amount of time with good communication from both Lifestyle Gardens and the courier service. I discovered a manufacturing fault when putting the table together which Donna in Customer Servuces sorted a replacement item for quickly and totally hassle free. Replacement was with me in 2 days. Great product, fabulous Customer Service and good price.
