Stephens Bouquet

Ordered some flowers for a birthday but despite their website saying 40 including vase, I got charged 50 as the vase was 'extra', even though I showed them the web page. Also bought 20 worth of their chocolates. When I went in to collect the flowers, I asked if they could blow up a helium balloon for me if I gave them a couple of pounds but was told they wouldn't as they 'don't inflate other people's balloons', despite having just spend 70 in there and offered a token amount for their trouble. I know helium is at a premium right now but, way to go to keeping your regular customers. Poor show. Popped over the road to Card Factory who were more than happy to oblige for a Pound. Thank you so much. Excellent service. I purchased a lovely bouquet of flowers at 9am and they were delivered by 12.30. My daughter was so please and sent me a picture. These flower were even better than the online photo. Wonderful telephone manners, a lovely company that I'm very happy to recommend to anybody wanting to buy flowers. 10/10.

Amazing service!!! We had a corsage and button hole made by another florist but it was shocking!!! My daughter was very disappointed so last minute dash to find a florist who had the right flowers and who were available. Stephens bouquet said they had the flowers in stock and could get it done in an hour!!! Im so great full for them and now my daughters enjoying her prom this evening with a lovely corsage on her wrist!!!
