In 2016 I wanted to order the making of an ex-libris as a dry seal. In Germany, where I live, nobody undertook it, an online advertisement pointed me to someone in the far east of Asia, and then I came across City Company Seals. They offered to make an exlibris according to my design. I had no experience in designing dry seals and I sent in my fantasies. I was quickly brought back down to earth, too dense and small detail can cause holes in the paper - I changed the design and ordered several different exlibris. They still serve me and my books to this day. Not only did I get some wonderful dry stamps made, but I was also advised on how I should design such an exlibris so they wouldn't damage my books and all in only a couple of emails. This year I decided to gift myself two more dry seals with my logo and motto. After a few weeks (I don't live in the UK) I received the real gems. Extremely carefully crafted, outstanding quality, detail in the font and beautifully deep relief. City Company Seals should have asked a higher price for such a wonderful work. Thank you, I will be recommending you to everyone around me and, if I have the next idea for a new dry seal, I will immediately turn to you.
