Telephoned this store today thinking I knew what I was talking about! I soon realised there was a lot more to what I needed, the gentleman advised I should come in so we could talk about it and show me products that might be what I needed. Went into store about 30 minutes after the phone call, I walked in and could see they where busy, but a gentleman made I contact and mouthed " i'll be with you in a bit". I was served and left with downlighters for my bathroom. The experience from telephone to face to face was very very good, I will definitely be back to finish my project and any future, highly recommend, thank you. Apologies I didn't catch the names. Keep up the good work.

When it was W F in years past it was the best in the business. I have traded with them for over 60 years.

Slow, unhelpful, just horrendous, my company spends Thousands nation wide with this company, you ask for an item, you just get a straight up No we havent got it without even looking, no one cares and it took 25 minutes to get a box of screws, youd be better driving to another one locally to get what you want because the people in this branch are the most unhelpful Ive ever come across in my life
