        Operative not sure they can clean leather (small jacket). Got me to write down my name & number - they would call. A week later i went back to collect my 2 items, after receiving no communication whatsoever. One (non-leather) item had been cleaned; thankfully it was normal cost (as expected). The leather item would have to be 'sent away' at high cost. Pleasant enough, but no apology or explanation of why no comms. If this is gold service, I'd hate to see silver or bronze.
