I got my Oxford shirt altered here at Quality Kleen and Billy was very friendly and helpful. I needed the length of the shirt shortened and took in an old shirt as an example for the tailor so that they can use as a guideline. I also needed the shirt back very soon and Billy was able to help get this altered for me very quickly and the tailor did a great job. Thanks again Service: Alterations

Very upset I had 2 x black out curtains to dry cleaned. Firstly, they did not contact us to tell us that they had damaged the curtains. When my partner arrived to collect they stated that had damaged the curtains due to the material sticking. We were charged 40 instead of 47. As we were near closing time my partner did not check the curtains. When we put them up both sets are completely ruined. I have tried to find an email address and I have inboxed via face book. I have not received a reply. I am shocked that we have been charged for this poor service and they have damaged our property. We are now going to have to pay out for another 2 x sets of curtains. I am very unhappy with this service. I would like a full refund and also 2 x new set of curtains please?
