Fraudulent people and company. New staff are either unaware or in someway linked as some old staff linked to the frauds. The company will first quote big and give you a discount and will promise installation in 1 to 2 months. Then their surveyor will make some error and the second surveyor will ridicule the first thus buying time. Then they will keep moving the installation dates. If you withhold payment for non completion of work they will go to small claims Court to get ccj. If you pay they will still not acknowledge payment and try to extort money saying it is admin fee. Not only avoid this company but raise awareness. Today on 2nd March 2023 Jacki and Gary from the company had threatened me that I have to take this review down or else they continue with their vengeance of not reporting back to the court about the ccj although ot was paid 3 years ago in 2020 for an incomplete job. I will continue to update I acknowledge your reply, however as expected you are misrepresenting the fact, as the payment was paid in full three years ago. The court had informed me that irrespective of your response as the evidence is submitted they will mark the ccj satisfactory. Atleast now come clear in public. Don't smudge with more dirt. And until today you have not completed the job. You want to save the face of your company; there is only one way. "Honesty". Follow up: The court issued a satisfaction certificate that everything was paid in 2020 proving the company was lying all this time. April 2023.

I cant really understand why this company doesnt have higher reviews on Google, from our experience they definitely arent reflective of what we purchased. The sales guy Steve was very good, and 100 times better than a couple of other companies who had quoted for the work, likewise the surveyor who was also good. Well save the best comments for the installation guy Scott who was amazing, he fitted 7 windows alone (two of them being almost 3m x 2m) as well as a new front door. Not only was his work fantastic but hes a genuinely nice guy who we cant recommend highly enough. Were very happy with the finished product and will request Scott again when we need further work completed next year. One slight disappointment was the original installation date wasnt kept BUT I dont feel that is enough to knock off a whole star. That aside, great product great price and more importantly three great people who came to our home.
