Dr Marshall was my mothers doctor for many years and I believe she is arrogant and complacent thinking she knows everything when in fact with her laziness and lack of care or consideration, my mother was misdiagnosed and sadly passed away after a very short illness , which should not have happened. Had she bothered to look into the very obvious signs my mother would have had many more years on this earth as the specialists had said. I would not recommend this (so called) doctor and strongly advise you find someone else.

Very unhelpful, unprofessional and comes across as a bully with the way she fails to take into account a patient's own view. I have been with that GP many years and had my first and only appointment with her last year which was horrible. There are some good doctors at the practice but sadly from my personal experience, I do not consider her one of them.

Would not recommend. Doctor Marshall does not understand that certain* illness. are not spread through touch. Very displeasing to be a patient of hers. Avoid her and go with a better, much more pleasant doctor in the Laindon health clinic.
