I have had issue after issue with Dpd. Parcels being delivered to the wrong address. Their favourite is saying they tried to deliver but nobody was home, when in fact we were and they didnt try. They managed to lose a kingsize mattress before until two weeks went by, my Husband went to the depot and demanded they go find it. Like magic it appeared. This time I placed an urgent order and paid next day. I have received a message saying failed attempt and a calling card was left. I am home and no card or knock on the door. Trying to contact Dpd send my stress levels through the roof. Absolute shambles of a company!!

Well I was waiting for a parcel I took a day off to wait in for and they said they tried to deliver it!! Clearly didn't and took a picture of a garage and said tried delivering it.. how is a garage my house!!! Clearly employing the wrong people to do a simple job!!! Not impressed at all.
