        Waited 3 days for two parcels, the third time even waiting out the front of the house. The tracking changed from one parcel before you, to unable to deliver today as I and my husband stood there. We live in a Close- one way in and out and we are the first house. The driver didnt even attempt delivery to us or preferred neighbour- directly opposite. No excuse was given for one day of failed delivery and for the first attempt unable to access the property- I live in a bungalow with a 7ft driveway and no gates ????? Lying staff and no one you can actually call to get your parcel.

        Yodel more like slowdel. Never known such a useless delivery service. They are now two days late and can you get hold of someone to complain no. Waited in all day for my delivery and according the app it was still at their national hub. A day after it arrived at the local depot twice. From now on I will be asking companies how they are sending it. If they mention yodel it will be loss of sale.

        8 april said delivered in my letter box.not true nothing .think yodel stole my item .yodel dont care i have proof nothing on my cctv. week later parcel was delivered.
