        One of the worst service i experienced not professional and very bad on update. Useless staff with attitude and he even told about my attitude when I told him to pack my goods back the same way as I packed because he just completely ruined. Do not use this depot but better to stay away from DHL as they have no idea about business I tell my business partner also do not use them as they make it very difficult to send a parcel and ruin it as well. Never again dhl and definitely not this Basildon depot with this guy I had nothing but problem here but I make sure last time I been here. Not poor service no service at all. Unprofessional unreliable unacceptable.
