Thank you, from the beginning- getting a quote to the placing of my parents memorial stones, the service was amazing, especially during COVID-19. They kept in touch at every stage and managed to make such a stressful ,sad time so beautiful.

I cannot thank Laura enough for all the help she gave me when i requested information about a headstone for my parents. From choosing a headstone within my budget to filling out forms, she was there every step of the way, as this all took place whilst covid lockdown was in place i knew it was going to take a little longer than anticipated but that was to be expected, but Laura kept me informed as to what was going on and the time scale expected. having had several conversations with Laura it was just like talking to a friend she was so helpful, professional and friendly. I wish her well for a very happy future ahead (she will know what i mean) and A.K. Lander as a company Laura is worth her weight in gold. Please also pass on my thanks to everyone else involved with the making of the headstone and putting it in place at the cemetery it looks better than i could of imagined and my family think it looks great too.
