Running my business from home without any IT department or self-appointed IT expert commonly found in most offices, it is vitally important to have a team available when needed. Any IT related issue can crop up when least expected and usually at an important time. This is why I value the support which I receive from Bitwise. Before taking on BITWISE -IT as our IT provider, IT issues and complaints regarding the IT services was a frequent subject in our office. Within a few weeks of BITWISE-IT on boarding all of our machines and IT requirements the complaints about IT was more or less silenced. Not only do we get exceptional service from Tim and his team, they are reachable out of hours and go above and beyond to resolve issues. The turnaround times on the help desk are also notably impressive. We receive a very personal service, the team contact us promptly to resolve issues and get us up and running within minutes. Being an eCommerce business we have various connection points to our client customer service portals that were also required some set up. The team dealt with them very quickly. I would highly recommend BITWISE-IT for your business IT requirements.
