        Tried to contact them for over a week now, but nobody picked up the phone and the webchat is always busy so completely useless service. They only work 3 times a week for 3 hours... Pointless and a waste of time.

        Very professional and helped me out very well. Down point was toilets were out of service only to be offered use the pub ?? Just get them fixed
