Food was delivered 20 minutes after ordering and was disgusting greasy vile

We usually order from here. We had our food delivered late and it was freezing, went in the bin was horrible tasting. There is a younger lady on the phones whose customer service is absolutely awful. Rude, on hold for ages whilst chatting to team member I presume and ends the phone after the order whilst I was speaking to ask how long until I can collect. Theres a lady who used to answer the phones who always gave great service and went above and beyond. Why can service and food quality go back to how it was. Whilst we was on the other line waiting to give our order, I could hear others on the other line complaining about their order

I brought half a duck My favorite treat But not from here The absolutely stunk of melted plastic,a aroma what nobody in the shop could miss. Duck was fat and bone . My dog is eating my treat. Best part of 20 pounds wasted Thanks alot.

This has been our take away of choice for years. But the last few times the food has been way too salty. Not sure we will go back
