My son has recently started here and due to having learning difficulties he finds it extremely hard settling into new places with unfamiliar faces, but the staff here have definitely gone above and beyond and made not only him but myself feel very welcome and at ease. I would highly recommend Baby Shark Childcare. Very friendly, warm and welcoming.

My little girl started with Baby Shark after having a bad experience with a previous childminder. Due to my bad experience I was so nervous & anxious about leaving my little girl again but both ladies were /qre absolutely amazing & helped myself & my daughter settle into their care. I cannot thank the ladies enough for everything they have done for us! My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since joining & we both love the ladies so much! We have build up such a bond with both ladies & my little girl absolutely loves going, shes so excited when I tell her it's a 'Baby Shark Day' They have been amazing with following Covid guidelines & made us all feel safe. I will always recommend Baby Shark Childcare! Keep up the amazing work girls

These ladies charged me full fees for my son during the lockdown period, but didn't charge others. When my Son returned in July they then changed his day from a Wednesday to a Tuesday without asking, meaning that I missed a KIT day at work. I had already paid the invoice when I realised their mistake, then they refused to refund me, or accept any responsibility for their error. I sent them a written complaint, but they did not address my concerns and made up lies to cover their mistakes. When I pointed this out, they refused to comment further or apologise. To make matters worse the girls knew I was suffering from cancer and had undergone major surgery in March. They have no remorse and won't fully refund me, despite there being reports out stating that parents should not have been charged for childcare they were unable to use during lockdown as they had access to government schemes for financial support. The ladies have also blocked me on Facebook so that I cannot leave a review on their page, as they are trying to cover my complaint up. **You will see from the lies and the spitefulness in their response the type of people these girls are. Very unprofessional. They charged us full fees, then let slip in conversation that they didn't get payment from other parents. They only returned some of the money owed to us when I sent a written complaint and threatened to take them to court for breach of contract. I have messages and emails to prove all of this. As for their comment about this being my 3rd childcare provider for my Son, this is yet another lie, he is 11 months old and I am only just returning to work. I removed my son from this awful setting due to the disgusting way they treated and spoke to me when I raised a complaint about their poor communication. They blamed their mistake on me, as they have done in their response below. Their lack of general knowledge is also a bit concerning as they seem to think I need a reference from them to get a childcare placement for my son My Son has a place with a highly recommended, Ofsted rated 'outstanding' provider that we are very happy with and should have gone with from the start***
